We cannot activate and use the Amazone kids+ offer. Other buyers also seem to have difficulties with this. This seems to be due to the location in Switzerland, Amazone does not seem to have released the service for Switzerland. According to the product's picture series, however, this offer is included... One of the reasons why we bought the product and paid for it... What solution is there to still be able to benefit from this paid service?

According to the terms of use, Amazon Kids is only permitted in DE and AT. However, you can also use the reader normally and buy books or subscribe to Kindle Unlimited. 
Other customers have already told us that they used a fictitious address in DE or that of friends in order to receive this service.
We have had the picture with the kids+ removed. This picture was sent to us by the supplier, although it does not work in Switzerland.
