We are basically quite satisfied with the product, the performance is definitely top. One point that we have noticed for a long time - depending on the temperature (and probably also the required power, as it tends to be in the winter months), the rotor slightly touches parts of the radiator. The appliance is currently in the laundry room. Stupid - can/should it be sent in under warranty? In addition, the left front unfortunately does not close flush with the lid -- felt 3 mm difference, the front is "slanted". Should be better for this price, not'

Hello, we are pleased to hear that you are satisfied with the SW38-FM. I would recommend that you return the appliance under warranty due to the defect on the rotor. Regarding the flush cover, this can happen because the devices are screwed and plugged in and not moulded. Therefore, a minimal displacement of the lid may have occurred during transport, for example.
