We all have an OPPO Band in the family. It works well on Android. The one person who has a new iPhone has constant connect problems. Is the OPPO Band defective, or is the iPhone not suitable?

The OPPO Band is compatible with iOS devices, including iPhones, thanks to the HeyTap Health app available in the App Store. If there are connection problems, it could be due to the app configuration or the Bluetooth connection. Check that the app is correctly installed and configured and that Bluetooth is enabled. If the problem persists, it may be helpful to update the app or reinitialise the connection.
