Question about Bosch Home & Garden Indego M+ 700 robotic lawnmower
WARNING TO SUISSE USERS: The Bosch mowers use a 2G phone network connection for the "smart/cloud" connection & the last 2G network was shutdown by Sunrise in Dec 2022. Therefore this mower will no longer work with the connected functions & automatic SW updates. Bosch have no solution available for this today & these mower have been removed from sale in some many stores (Hornbach for example). I have been trying to get a refund from Bosch for nearly 9months without success. DO NOT BUY this version.
I finally had my mower upgraded to 4G this January (2024).
On first impressions the connectivity is much faster & more reliable but the app is still poor and the same bugs are still present (mostly coming from the Bosch cloud server)

In fact, Bosch is aware of this problem. Affected Indego+ models cannot communicate via the app and therefore do not work or only work via the same functions as the standard Indegos without connectivity function.
Affected devices will be collected by Bosch and receive an update to 4G.
