Up to what temperature is this unit suitable? Is it suitable for a cool garage (0...10°C)?
I can't tell you that. Our unit is in a laundry room. Question: Is the strength too high in a cold garage? Or do you mean a parking garage?
Hello, this Wood`s dehumidifier SW38-FM (Made in Sweden) is ideally suited for cold environments from 2°C. This does not mean that it would break down below 2°C, but that the dehumidifier switches off automatically below 2°C and switches on again above 2°C. Basically, dehumidification is not needed below 2°C, especially as the air is very dry.
We use it in our Gsragen box. It works well even at 0 degrees!
We operate the unit in an unheated laundry room where the temperature does not drop below +5° even in winter. It works excellently there.
