Unfortunately, the Panacrunch plate fell off and is now dented. Can these be ordered individually? I have seen them at Panasonic Italy and Panasonic Germany, but they do not deliver to Switzerland.

You can also order certain accessories via the Service Centre (for Panaosic it is ALSO Switzerland). I did this with another model. So just ask there.
