Yes, rgb is controllable, at least with my Gigabyte z490.
I am very satisfied with it.

It does for me. I can set various things there, including rain mode etc. So the individual rgb are controllable ergo ARGB

So my mount (also ordered here and of course the same model) is definitely ARGB and works perfectly with my MysticLight mainboard and software....

Yep, I can confirm that it can also be controlled with my asus z390e. With the armoury creat software. It does what it is supposed to do and is also a graphics card holder/stabilisation.
