Unfortunately, I only realised too late that these SO-DIMMs need 1.35V instead of 1.2V for the 3200 MT/s. I'm not sure why. My current Intel NUC 11th Gen. with Tiger Lake runs with 1.2V at the RAM socket. So this RAM cannot run there with maximum values. However, the cycle time is very acceptable.
