Unfortunately, I have had a bad experience with this product in terms of its service life. The cooker has been in use for approx. 1 year and has been defective for a few days. According to the description, I should send the cooker to customer service when this error message appears. Unfortunately, I have neither the receipt nor the packaging. Everything is far too time-consuming. That's why I've now ordered another cheap CHF 13.00 appliance. What a pity really.
