Title: UGREEN DXP8800 Plus - HDDs are not recognised Hello everyone, I recently bought the UGREEN DXP8800 Plus and am now facing the following problem: The first hard drives (WD161KFGX, 16TB) were not recognised by the device. At that time they were not on the official UGREEN compatibility list. I have therefore returned them - at this point I would like to praise Digitec AG, who handled this without any problems. I then ordered new hard drives, this time the Seagate IronWolf Pro ST16000NT001 (16TB), which are explicitly on the UGREEN list. Surprisingly, these are not recognised either. The funny thing is that even the WD models that I first had now also appear as "compatible" on the current UGREEN list. The DXP8800 Plus currently only recognises the M.2 Samsung SSD, but none of the HDDs. Have any of you had similar experiences or perhaps found a solution? Is it the firmware or is there something else I'm missing? Firmware: 1.9.0.0075 the latest, Thanks already for your tips!

I have owned two DXP8800 Plus hard drives for a few months now, each equipped with 8x 16 TB WD Redpro. I haven't had the slightest problems with the hard drives, but unfortunately it was a different story with the RAM. I had no luck there and had to deal with permanent crashes including reboots. Ugreen support was very quick and helpful in finding the error. With the right RAM it worked and everything has been stable ever since. I am using the latest firmware and have not experienced any problems so far. If none of the hard drives are recognised, I would rather suspect a hardware error (defective controller/mainboard), either search for hardware errors in the error logs yourself or better still open a ticket with Ugreen support. I have had good experiences there.

If it is possible for you to change the HDDs. I have 4x 20TB Toshiba MG10 Series, which work without any problems.
