This scooter is a fraud. It's the AKTIVO brand scooter that scammed Kickstarter and Indiegogo buyers by never delivering their purchases. What's more, the few people who received them complained that the scooter broke down after a few days of use due to dust and water getting into the wheels (and therefore the engine). The scooter is neither dust-tight nor waterproof. What's more, performance is lower than advertised. High speed is achieved by saturating the motor, so it drains the battery quickly. You only need to use it at low speed if you want to go far. Soflow says he invented it himself in Switzerland, do the research with Aktivo. It's an old Chinese scam.
I've had the scooter since 22/12/2023 and have also ridden it in the rain. I'm happy with it, even though it has hardly any thrust uphill. The rear wheel guard is too short, you get wet when riding. However, the scooter works without any problems, the range on the flat is about 17km at maximum speed (I weigh about 78kg). It's a cool scooter where you pay more, especially for the design, but one advantage is the lighting on the wheels, you are more visible in roundabouts. I have nothing to criticise about it... I can't say whether the scooter is from Aktivo or Soflow...
