Question about Yamaha R-S202dab

This receiver has Bluetooth, e.g. to listen to music from a mobile phone via the hi-fi system. Does Bluetooth also work the other way round? Can I listen to DAB+ radio with the signal via Bluetooth to my soundbox in another room? I would like to listen to SwissPop in 2 rooms at the same time. Greetings and thanks for an answer

Hi Peter, Bluetooth only has a maximum range of 10 metres (line of sight) and is not suitable for penetrating walls. However, there are wireless systems for audio that can do this. Greetings Thomas

No, the receiver can only receive Bluetooth, but not transmit.

To send Bluetooth audio you need an additional Bluetooth audio adapter for this receiver.
e.g. LogiLink BT0062 (transmitter & receiver) (Not tested by myself)
