This product seems great, but if purchased online with you, how is the return procedure in case of a defective product? note: there are no digitec point of sales nearby (Yverdon, VD) and I wonder if you might have an after sales partnership with say Migros, or we would have to ship it back ourselves.

If there should be an issue within the warranty time, you would have to either return it to one of our shops or through the postal service to one of our service partners. Our customer service would assist you with each of the steps necessary to repair or replace the defective product.
