This product says CI slot and then Common Interface again. If it really does have a Common Interface integrated, this means that I don't need anything else for satellite reception of Swiss programmes using the SRF Smartcard. I would like to know this for sure so that I do not have to send the device back.

That is correct, a receiver and the card with the Viaccess module are required.
