Question about Noctua NH-L9x65
This product is exactly what I'm looking for... On the official website https://noctua.at/en/nh-l9x65 It says that it has supported LGA 1700 since 2021... So I hope that since then you have restocked with the new versions of this product? Please check or add orders for this product, which seems perfectly suited to desktop machines.

I bought this fan from digitec on 19.10 and it was with a bracket for LGA 1700. I use it to cool my 13th Gen i5 in my gamer case. And otherwise, as mike8957 has already said, contact Noctua with the proof of purchase and you will receive the missing parts.
I bought a different fan and the information from Digitec was correct.
If not, you can contact Noctua with the receipt and they will send you an adapter
