Question about TechniSat 0000/3615, External IR receiver, for receiver with IR connection

This is a special plug, 3.5 mm does not fit, it is smaller. The special TechniSat IR receiver uses 3 signals: operating voltage, signal line and earth, hence the 3 segments. Earth is the ring directly on the plug, i.e. the last one, which disappears into the unit.
