This device shows me an unspeakable number of BSOD (BlueScreenOfDeath) or endless freezes. Is this also the case for you? If it doesn't improve with a firmware update, it will have to go back!

I have no such problems with my device. If you have these BSODs regularly, even after a fresh installation of Windows or a factory reset, then I would definitely return the device.
