If problems still occur despite the activated XMP profile in the BIOS, this is because the manufacturer recommends a maximum memory capacity of 32 GB per slot. To reach the 96 GB RAM capacity, you would either have to install 4 modules with 24 GB each or use the maximum of 4 modules with 32 GB each.
