This arm does not hold my Samsung Odyssey G9 Neo. It drops very quickly. Is it still possible to adjust the arm?

I have the same moni on there, it has a screw in the arm for tightening. Should be visible in the assembly instructions. Tighten with the 4mm Allen key at the top of the arm. The force is increased in the clockwise direction. Greetings
