Question about McAfee Total Protection

There is this version of Total Protection 2018 for one user and this "Art-Nr 6520090". According to the comparison, the difference lies in the duration (1 year / unlimited) of the programme. How can it be that the price difference is so small and the functions are identical? McAfee itself only sells annual licences and Digitec sells unlimited full versions? Is there a catch to this?
