There certainly isn't 96GB of RAM in it on delivery, that seems to me to be the maximum configuration level. If there really is 96GB of RAM already installed, then this thing is a real bargain!
I think this is a barebone. In other words, it has neither RAM nor an SSD. The 96 GB is only the maximum size of the RAM that the mainboard supports.
