Hi Melanie, it may well be that the memory card is full. I have found out that the games then no longer save.
Otherwise you would have to go to the Retroarch menu, if there is one on the operating software supplied, and set Auto Save there.
Then this should no longer happen. Mfg claudio

I have removed the microcsd and only play games that I have downloaded. I have no problems there
