Question about Toshiba Canvio Ready

Possibly format to FAT32. I think most hard disks are delivered in NTFS format. I had the same "problem" on the TV.
1) To format on Windows, search for the tool →Fat32Formatter, because Windows itself cannot format more than 32GB.
2.) Format with the desired settings (name, possibly cluster size, e.g. 32KB).
How is it on the Mac? Unfortunately I don't know.

Operate the disc with a Mac, no problems. For operation on a TV it may have to be specially formatted(?)
