The TP Cast is currently listed in Germany with a delivery date of 19 December, does Digitec also have a delivery date update?

Unfortunately, you will have to be patient a little longer. As far as the updating of delivery dates is concerned, they act very late here. But the 19th is probably valid throughout Europe. Alternate Switzerland also states the end of December.
