the throttle lever on my V93 has fallen apart. i have been trying for weeks to get an exploded view drawing to repair it, as i know how to do this kind of work. but not without an exact drawing. the company also has no replacement and refers me to another vmax mail . . . . . strange customer service that does not clarify this for its customers. does anyone know where i can get such a lever (also occasionally) ? they must be thrown away already, where is the cemetery ? thanks for your help

Hi Tiger, I can only agree with you, the Vmax customer service seems to be really useless, you think you have a contact person with the phone number in Rothrist... We bought a Vmax R93 Carvee Bee Performance, 20 km/h, 40 km, 350 W, from Galaxus in March 2022. Unbelievably, a tyre was flat every 2-4 weeks, sometimes at the front, sometimes at the rear, always without visible external influences. We had a tyre repaired around 10 times by a bike mechanic, who also couldn't see the reason for the defective inner tube. Vmax customer service had no solution either and told us to buy a new Vmax tyre (with a few per cents off the list price...), no thanks. We won't even have the tyre repaired now.
So we would give ours away. Apart from a flat tyre, everything is perfect, throttle and everything else. Because of the constantly flat tyres, the scooter wasn't used very often. So you would have an identical part as a spare parts store. The price at the time was CHF 592, we would sell ours for just CHF 160 from Wädenswil. What do you think, not so bad, is it?

Your email address doesn't really seem to work..., my email was returned, so here is the text:

Hello Tiger

The tyres have a tube, tubeless and solid rubber are not available for this model according to Vmax customer service, but ebe... We bought 10' solid rubber tyres, but they didn't fit on the rim after all.

And do you want the thing now?

Kind regards
Bill

I scoured the Internet to find a battery and couldn't get any results. Vmax didn't have one either. I don't suppose they have any spare parts.
