Question about Paulmann SimpLED Stripe
The strips can no longer be switched off completely by remote control. When I press OFF, the LEDs still glow a faint red. Only unplugging helps. The strips have not been in use for 3 weeks. Can I solve this or are they defective?
I had exactly the same problem. When googling, I came across others who had the same problem.
