The speakers are actually really great!
The sound is clear and the bass is wonderful,
But is it normal that the speakers switch themselves off after a short time?
Even when you're listening to music or something?
They are also connected to the power supply, so I don't understand why they would go into standby when they are being used. Is there a way to turn it off? There's nothing in the manual about it, unless we've overlooked it somehow.

I would buy them myself, but if this problem can't be solved, we'd better send ours back.

I can't help you directly, except to inform you that this has never happened with ours. So it doesn't sound normal to me. But I've also never listened to music on the side for a longer period of time without doing something on the pc (afk, so to speak), I have to say.
