Question about Garmin Index S2 Smart Scale

The scale only seems to work on a pure 2.4Ghz network. It does not synchronise in my mixed mesh network (2.4 & 5Ghz). I therefore had to activate the pure 2.4Ghz network in the router settings. Then connected the scale to this network. son now synchronises perfectly with my smartphone and online Garmin account. Maybe this will help someone.

I myself operate this scale in a 2.4/5ghz network and it works perfectly there. I therefore think that the error described is probably to be found elsewhere in the network.
