Question about Vu+ Uno 4K SE

The sataccess card (CI module) does not work with the new receiver. I can only watch SF Info, SRF 1 and 2 are not decoded. It worked fine with the previous model, the vu+ duo2. What is the problem? How must the CI be configured?
