The same thing over and over again, "Delivered tomorrow" has not been true for some time now. Why don't you finally stop doing this and give correct delivery times? I ordered on 26.12. and if I'm lucky, the delivery will arrive on 09.01. And no, this is not an isolated case, ordered on 4 January and delivery now on 9 January if I'm lucky. Brack etc. deliver more punctually or provide honest information.
Your order currently states that all items are to be dispatched in one shipment - for this reason, the parcel has not yet been dispatched, although several of your items are already ready for dispatch. However, you can activate partial delivery in your customer account when placing the order so that the items are dispatched. Items that are shown as being in stock when you place your order are usually actually handed over to the shipping service provider on the same day.
