The router also runs without any problems with Salt. (Thanks for the settings) But I would still be interested to know what speed you have? With the iPhone 8 I get up to 200Mbps, with the router only 100Mbps, both side by side. The antennas from the Asus should be better, right? Or have I overlooked a setting?

I have been thinking about this phenomenon for a long time. I cannot clearly identify the problem.

On your side (i.e. after the router) you have tested correctly and representatively in my opinion, so I can't find anything unusual here. 
On Salt's side, there could be inconsistencies, but these are very difficult to check ...

- Do the two sim cards have the same subscription (or the right to highspeed)? 

Or does the router have any special configuration ? because it expects to be connected to several devices it keeps a reserve free, no idea why it should do that ... (this would be confirmed if you do a speed test with 2 devices at the same time).

Honestly, I am at a loss ...

What do you mean with the iPhone 8 you can reach 200Mbps ? what is your iPhone connected to then ? 
Could you briefly describe your setup so I can try to understand your speed loss?
