The remote control does not work. Probably the receiver cannot be connected to the transmitter. New batteries are inserted correctly. Switch on the transmitter first and then the model according to the instructions. The fire engine beeps according to the instructions and the lights flash. The red LED on the transmitter flashes continuously. Even after several attempts and replacing the batteries, the model cannot be started by pressing the start button. No troubleshooting information is available on the Internet. Does anyone have any input on troubleshooting?
First the switches on the remote control and on the fire engine must be set to ON, then press the button on the top left of the remote control to start the engine sounds.
The other functions only work if the engine button has been pressed beforehand.
