Answer from Samsung support: "This is blocked by the provider. Just start a new channel search and select: Other/Unknown for your network provider. Then it should be open."

Answer

For me, it was easy to set up via the provider device. First you connect to the correct output (was HDMI 1 in my case), then you set the settings (Home button on the remote control provider), Manage Channels. First I had to create a profile. I have Sunrise and maybe it is different with other providers and devices. However, I am very satisfied with the TV. Everything connects automatically and it is set up intuitively.
