The Motorola TLKR T92 H2O has a mini-USB port for charging the battery. Can it also be charged with the appropriate cable on a USB-A port in the vehicle?

The charger supplies a secondary 5V=, 0.5A. If the car adapter does the same, I see no problem. It should behave in the same way as the mobile phone USB charging cable. Greetings...
