Question about Hama SpotLight Steady 120

I have been holding back so that the community can make suggestions. But since that doesn't seem to be the case, I'll get back to you.
Firstly, I am pleased that you are basically satisfied with the ring light, but I am of course sorry that there are problems with the bracket. Where exactly is the problem? The gooseneck or the actual bracket, then I can pass the feedback on to our product management.
The only suggestion I can make from the Hama side is our joint in combination with another mobile phone mount with 1/4" thread. Here are the links to the products I would suggest:
