The freezer is extremely poorly packed - am I the only one with this problem?

The first freezer was totally dented on delivery. The door had a huge scrape and there were dents in one corner at the back.
The 2nd freezer was ok.
The 3rd freezer (replacement delivery of the 1st freezer) had a dent.

My first delivery was also dented (top right rear). The replacement delivery was then impeccable.

Very solidly packed (fitted through the doors by a hair's breadth), no risk at all regarding dents or scratches. Something must have gone wrong.

Everything was OK with us. The staff of the delivery company cool AG was tiptop, but the shop cool AG is not good at all: The freezer only came from their warehouse after several requests and meanwhile cool AG sends spam emails to us.

I only ordered one. But it was delivered perfectly. It had styrofoam on the top and bottom, all wrapped in cardboard. Shouldn't have a dent, unless it wasn't secured properly somewhere and flew around.
