The dirty water suction cuts out at times when I'm using the appliance, the motor continues to run "idle" but it doesn't suck up any more. Has this ever happened to anyone and what is the cause?
Hello, according to the instructions, this can happen if the dirty water air grille is dirty or wet. I have also had this happen after I had sucked up a lot of water, dried the grille briefly with a cloth and emptied the dirty water tank, and everything was fine again
