Hello, we have already kneaded bread dough with it, it actually works quite well, but only with 250 g dough. Dough, but you can do it in several steps, it is quite fast, otherwise @Yves_w is right, there are certainly better, if it is used frequently. Otherwise super device, it is important not to immerse it under running water or under water when sizing gear (large black lid) in order to wash it.
The instructions for use also state what can be washed and how.
I made a mistake and thought it would work, but now it's blocked and I had to order a new gearbox.

We bought the device a few months ago and are thrilled! Everything works perfectly and it's super easy to use. We have never tried kneading dough and I find it hard to imagine that the appliance is well suited for this. I am convinced that there are better options for this.
