Question about Fitbit Alta HR Special Edt.
The connection from my mobile phone to the Fitbit Alta does not work. Despite switching the Bluetooth connection off and on again several times. Does anyone know a solution?
Has it ever worked before? My Alta can only be connected to one device at a time. Sometimes I also have to reset the Alta to be able to connect it to the tablet again. I've also had to completely reset the BlueTooth connection on the tablet.
But on the whole it runs very stable.
