Question about Delock PCI Express Card USB 3.1 Gen2 - 1x USB-C + 4x USB-A
The card is not recognised by my PC. The PCI-E slot works and power also comes out of the USB sockets. Do I have a broken model, or have others had this too?
I had that too. I forgot to connect the power cable from the power supply unit to the back of the card.
It doesn't get enough juice only via PCIe.
