I have the same problem. 
You guys who have this problem solved - what did you use to clean the tablet and the rubber? Was it alcohol, or something else?
At the moment I'm considering using industrial grade glue to stick it for good (facepalm)

Nope, you're not the only one, I have the same problem. And yes, I did everything according to the instructions and even after several days of pressing on, the part just falls off. It seems to be due to the foam rubber or that the back is not completely flat, you can find many reviews on the web that criticise this. In my case, it's just finger-pointing between Samsung and the seller (once you're unfaithful to Digitec :-)).

Have you removed the protective film from the cover? The transparent film must be removed. Then maybe clean the back of the tablet properly first, put the cover on and then leave it for a few hours without moving it. That's what I did and the cover has held up well so far.

There is something wrong. The back of the cover is very tight, at least it is for me!
