Question about XP-Pen Artist Pro V2

The one you can see in picture 5? We were supplied with the plastic stand which can be folded out as shown in the picture. Including all cables and the pen (incl. several replacement tips). But I have to say that we had difficulties at the beginning because we simply connected Usb C to C as noted in the instructions, which worked immediately with the mobile phone. But not with the laptop, PC and tablet, where the multiple plug is required (which includes HDMI and USB-A).
