Super important: Is it usually easy to open Medion notebooks yourself to regularly vacuum out the dust? Or is it one of those notebooks (like my current Toshiba notebook) that you can't get open even after removing all the screws? One thing you have to know is that sooner or later dust accumulates in every notebook... Toshiba is known for not being able to open them, I don't know about Medion...
I have the Medion Erazer Beast X25 (MD62259) and have already disassembled it because I replaced the M2 Ultra SSD with a more powerful module. The disassembly went smoothly, only the screws are a mess. I replaced them with M2 Torx screws. The notebook runs, with DMI patch for the graphics card (TDP 150/165 Watt), since then without problems, only the screen shows slight BLB. Anyway, in my experience you can open the notebook without any problems. I hope this helps you.
I have now only found this: This Medion notebook seems to be a real disaster: You almost can't get it open (because of dieverser *clamped* ribbon cables without plugs) and after that it didn't work anymore https://community.medion.com/t5...
