Sometimes (about 1 in 10 times) all the air escapes from the gas spring when I sit down, or the height of the chair drops to the lowest level with my weight (70 kg) when I sit down.

Does anyone else have the same "problem"?

PS: I bought the chair directly from Joule Performance on Black Friday 2020, so I don't have "(bought this product)" next to the name.

I have the opposite problem, in that it tends to rise slowly when not in use. At some point, it no longer fits under the table. 
I've never had the other problem until now. 
But what you describe sounds very annoying.
