Some YouTube videos mention that it can't be used to make soups. But I haven't heard anywhere why. Is there anything against pureeing my (pre-pureed) soup in the Ninja until it is completely ready?

...because nothing hot should go into the machine. As long as you cool it down well, everything is possible.
