Question about ASUS ROG Balteus Qi

So let me get this straight, Asus makes wireless charging capable mice (be it the Spatha or the Chakram), but this product only has the function to charge a mobile phone placed on the top right? It can't even charge a mouse that is placed on top of it? Logitech already offers that. Are my statements correct, then you pay 100Fr for some lighting and a height of 4cm?
