Question about Phanteks DUPLIKAT Vertical GPU Kit
Saale Sorry for the question but I haven't found any suitable information on the internet. Does the cable also go on a motherboard that only has PCI-E 3.0? I have the MSI MPG Z490 Gaming Plus and the GPU would be a 3080TI. I would simply order the (Kolink PCI Express 3.0 x16 to x16 riser cable) for it. Greetings Tim

Yes, it also fits on a PCIe 3.0 connection, as PCIe is usually backwards compatible, which means that you can also plug a PCIe 3.0 device into a PCIe 2.0 connection, for example. Of course, only the performance of PCIe 3.0 applies instead of 4.0, but this is not a problem with the RTX 3000 series, the differences are minimal.
