Question about Xiaomi 3 (EU-Modell)

We had considerable problems when starting up the scooter.

First I did the suggested firmware update. After that, everything seemed to be fine. I had started the instruction video but had not finished watching it.

However, when I tried to ride, the scooter beeped continuously and riding was blocked.

After several e-mail conversations with Digitec support, a return or exchange was suggested, everything worked at once (no exchange). Frustration was great.

The video was probably the mistake, although I didn't finish watching it.

A bumpy start and tedious.

Despite everything, we are very happy with this product so far. It works excellently well.

This should not be the case, because I already had to answer this question when starting the app.
Tip: Uninstall the app again and reinstall it. Then the question should already be one of the first questions and no longer needs to be answered after the video, but should then only be the last step for activating the scooter.
Or try one step back (before watching the video) and watch the video again completely to the end, if the question about the country comes up, as I said, reinstall again. Good luck
