No, this information is incorrect and has still not been corrected. And according to the Seasonic website (https://seasonic.com/prime-px), 6 single and 1 daisy-chain cable are included.
And another word of truth, when I received this, it was delivered with a Shucko plug. I therefore recommend picking up the delivery locally and checking this straight away, then you should get a replacement cable straight away.
