Hello,

The water is heated in the machine.
You should connect to cold water only.

I bought it since 2 weeks and it is amazing. The programs are 15 mins, 60 mins 90 mins or 200 mins. You can not adapt the temperature for every program but there is always the program that suits the type of cloths.
